Carbide Circular Saw Blade for Wood Cutting

Due to the amount of applications of TCT-circular saw blades we can just give you a glance on the product.

Times have passed since TCT blades were used exclusively in wood and aluminium cutting. Nowadays the challenge is to cut frequently newly designed and developed multi-component materials. Therefore the request for optimized TCT blades has increase considerably and the technical development had to invent highly sophisticated solutions.

Meanwhile we are able to cut in accordance with suitable machinery even steel in an economic way. Also component material of metal, wood, plastics can be cut satisfactory.

Our stock offers a large variety of premium quality blades for industrial purposes. As well as blades for craftsmen – on power tools or stationary machines – or saw blades for saw mills in heavy duty execution, up to TA-cut-off-blades for steel.

No requests remain unaccomplished.

UNIVERSAL SAW BLADES

UNIVERSAL SAW BLADES

Carbide tipped circular sawblade, without chip limithing teeth, for ripping (good finish) of massive wood (soft, hard and exotic wood). The geometry with alternate tooth and positive cutting angle is also suitable for thick boards ripping.

BLADE CODES: 5NP – ENP

SAW BLADES FOR PANELS

SAW BLADES FOR PANELS

Carbide tipped circular sawblade for panels cutting (excellent finish), as well MDF, laminated, hardboard and multilayer panels.
Different tooth geometry are available:

  • trapezoidal tooth with positive cutting angle and are usually used on table saws with adjustable scoring sawblades;
  • hollow tooth with positive cutting angle and are usually used on table saws with adjustable scoring sawblades;
  • hollow tooth with negative cutting angle and can be used also without scoring sawblades, maintaining a good finish on the lower panel side.

BLADE CODES: 6NP (positive angle) – 6NN (negative angle)

SCORING SAWBLADES

SCORING SAWBLADES

Carbide tipped circular sawblade, adjustable with spacers, for panels scoring as well MDF, laminated, hardboard and multilayer panels.
Different tooth geometry available:

  • flat tooth with positive cutting angle are used on automatic scoring machines without vertical adjustable spindle, together with the dividing sawblades;
  • conical tooth with positive cutting angle are used on automatic scoring machines with vertical adjustable spindle, together with the dividing sawblades.

BLADE CODES: 9NP – HMW – HMC – HML

DIVIDING SAWBLADES

DIVIDING SAWBLADES

Carbide tipped circular sawblade for panels dividing as well MDF, laminated, hardboard and multilayer panels.
Available tooth geometry:

  • trapezoidal tooth with positive cutting angle;
  • alternate tooth with positive cutting angle.

Both makes possible excellent performances on automatic dividing machine together with the scoring sawblades. Sawblades with noise reducing slots.

MULTI-RIPPING SAWBLADES

MULTI-RIPPING SAWBLADES

Carbide tipped multi-ripping sawblades, without rakers and without anti-kickback, for ripping of soft, hard, wet and dry wood. Indicated for hard jobs and on thick boards.

Available tooth geometry:

  • flat with positive cutting angle. These blades are usually used on table sawing machines and automatic multi-ripping machines, with one or two spindles;
  • alternate with positive cutting angle. The anti-kickback tooth makes possible a regular cut without kickback from loose knots. These blades are usually used on table sawing machines and automatic multi-ripping machines, with one or two spindles.
  • alternate with positive cutting angle. The rakers make possible a good finish and a longer life-time. These blades are used on automatic multi-ripping machines, with one or two spindles, but not on manual machines.

BLADE CODES: 7NP – HMT – HME

SAWBLADES FOR LIGHT ALLOYS

SAWBLADES FOR LIGHT ALLOYS

Carbide tipped circular sawblades for light alloys, aluminium, zinc, copper, brass and bronze. The tooth geometry is trapezoidal with negative or positive cutting angle. These blades are used on manual sawing machines, without automatic workpieceholder, for cutting tubes and profiles.

BLADE CODES: HMN (negative angle) – HMP (positive angle) – HMA

DRY-CUT SAWBLADES

DRY-CUT SAWBLADES

Carbide tipped circular sawblades for dry cutting on portable machines (like Bosch, Makita, Jepson, Hitachi etc) for metal (steel, light alloys etc), for plastics (PVC, plexiglass), compound materials (fibre panels, isolation materials,  multiplex panels etc) and wood (solid wood, laminated, chipboards, plywood, wood with nails or metal clips etc).
