Stahlbearbeitung. Das Plasma wird durch das Schmelzen einer Titan- und einer Aluminiumkathode in einem bestimmten Prozentsatz der Zusammensetzung erhalten. Die Zugabe eines Inerte-Gases w\u00e4hrend dem Beschichtungsprozesses und die Energiequelle, mit der die Molek\u00fclen beladen werden, erm\u00f6glichen es, die zu beschichtende Oberfl\u00e4che zu bombardieren, wodurch ausgezeichnete Beschichtungseigenschaften erhalten werden, die der Unterlage eine hohe thermische Best\u00e4ndigkeit verleihen. Diese Beschichtung hat eine Oxidationstemperatur von 800\u00b0 C mit einer Oberfl\u00e4chenh\u00e4rte von 3.400 Vickers (HV 0,05). Der Reibungskoeffizient betr\u00e4gt 0,45 und dies erm\u00f6glicht den Einsatz der Kreiss\u00e4gebl\u00e4tter mit diese Hartstoffbeschichtung mit ausgezeichneten Ergebnissen, selbst bei Minimalmengenschmierung oder \u00d6l-Bespr\u00fchung. Diese Beschichtung eignet sich besonders f\u00fcr hochlegierten Stahl mit Zugfestigkeit bis 1100 N\/mm\u00b2, f\u00fcr Gusseisen, Edelstahl und alle Werkstoffe, die w\u00e4hrend der Bearbeitung eine hohe thermische Energie entwickeln.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Die besondere Zusammensetzung und die innovative Mischung von edlen Elementen, die von unserer R&amp;D entwickelt wurden, ergeben eine H\u00e4rte von \u00fcber 3.650 Vickers (HV 0,05), die von keiner anderen Beschichtung erreicht wird. Diese neue Beschichtung ist sehr z\u00e4h und sehr widerstandsf\u00e4hig gegen hohe Temperaturen, was sehr wichtig ist, um den S\u00e4gebl\u00e4ttern auch bei sehr hohen Schnitt- und Vorschubparametern eine lange Standzeit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten. Es wird besonders f\u00fcr Kreiss\u00e4gebl\u00e4tter empfohlen, die auf CNC-Hochleistungsmaschinen mit kritischen Schnittparametern arbeiten m\u00fcssen. Der Reibungskoeffizient von 0,40 erlaubt es, die Kreiss\u00e4gebl\u00e4tter mit dieser Hartstoffbeschichtung beim Trockenschnitt oder mit Minimalmengenschmierung einzusetzen, sowie aber auch mit ausreichender K\u00fchlschmierung. Es empfiehlt sich bei der Bearbeitung von hochlegierten St\u00e4hlen bis 1000 N\/mm\u00b2, Edelstahl und allen Werkstoffen, die w\u00e4hrend der Bearbeitung hohe thermische Energie entwickeln.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper.
