Der hohe Kobaltgehalt garantiert eine hervorragende Z\u00e4higkeit, die in Verbindung mit einer hohen H\u00e4rte den Zahnverschlei\u00df auch bei hohen Drehzahlen deutlich reduziert. Der hohe Chromgehalt erlaubt es dem S\u00e4geband, sowohl den Biegespannungen als auch der induzierten Spannung standzuhalten, die durch die Blattf\u00fchrungen der modernen S\u00e4gemaschinen verursacht wird. Ein sehr wichtiger Aspekt ist die Wahl der am besten geeigneten Zahnteilung und Zahnform f\u00fcr die gew\u00fcnschte Anwendung.
