Alle Artikel bestehen aus Super-Schnellstahl mit einem hohen Gehalt an Wolfram, Vanadium und Molybd\u00e4n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die Mischung dieser Elemente stellt sicher, dass nach der W\u00e4rmebehandlung eine sehr hohe H\u00e4rte mit einer geeigneten Z\u00e4higkeit erhalten wird. Der richtige Prozentsatz an Wolfram ist entscheidend, um eine gute Menge an Carbiden mit hoher Verschlei\u00dffestigkeit zu erzeugen und die Standzeit den Werkzeugen bei hohen Temperaturen zu verbessern. Wolfram erh\u00f6ht auch die mechanische Festigkeit des Werkzeugs, indem es seine Schneidleistung erh\u00f6ht und eine Vergr\u00f6\u00dferung des austenitischen Korns verhindert. Unser Ziel war ein neues Kreiss\u00e4geblatt zu finden, um die Leistung bei der Bearbeitung auf Hochleistungss\u00e4gemaschinen von Edelstahlrohren und Stahlstangen mit einer H\u00e4rte von 650 bis 850 MPa zu verbessern. Dieses Produkt wird zum Schneiden von Kohlenstoffstahl und rostfreiem Stahl empfohlen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die wichtigsten Merkmale der <strong>EVOLUTION
